Booked an appointment for a custom wedding dress consultation two weeks in advance. I received a confirmation email confirming the date, time, and location of the appointment. I arrive a few minutes early, I guess the main floor is a seperate sewing workshop? Myself and my maid of honour go upstairs as instructed in the email, no one's there, no place to sit and wait. Amazing masks! Love the fit and the fun prints that are available. Chavah is local to my area, which is a big bonus for me. I have three masks and one scrunchy and love them!
I order a pantsuit from them during the pandemic and the owner immediately reached out to me to let me know that there were delays in fabric order and gave me different options to receive what I ordered. So easy to work and communicate with and love the high quality of tailoring and the fashion of their pieces! Definitely will buy again!
