The bus failed to arrive as scheduled not once, but twice in the same day--the first time, the dispatcher indicated I had been scheduled for a later time by mistake. I went to the exact location she said, arriving 2 minutes early, and only gave up after 25 minutes of waiting in the cold. And the office closes at 4:45, so calling got me no help at all. Insane.
