I used their services as an alternative to Uber numerous times (well over 20 for sure) in the last year, from different locations. Well, reporting drivers is useless. Drivers are very often late when you call in advance. If you try to call only when you want your ride fast, forget it. The driver calls you 30 minutes after you booked, and then they arrive 30-45 minutes after they contacted you.
