Mohammed was excellent. He called me to tell me where to meet him and the whole experience was easy and smooth.
We needed a large car to pick us up at Terminal 5 at O'Hare, but Ubers aren't allowed there anymore. I searched for a limo service and was relieved to find this affordable option charging a "flat rate" even though I was a little concerned that the booking process was a lower tech than I was used to.
