We needed a large car to pick us up at Terminal 5 at O'Hare, but Ubers aren't allowed there anymore. I searched for a limo service and was relieved to find this affordable option charging a "flat rate" even though I was a little concerned that the booking process was a lower tech than I was used to. Service was great on both ends, ultimately. I booked both pickup and drop off to the airport. Never used them before just trusted that it would all be good. A little glitch in the service......the hotel to airport pickup. The driver was picking up from the drop off place so they were obviously late. However, I called Deluxe Black and they ended up sending us a different driver who had happen to be in the area. Got to the airport on time. Kudos for the save!!
I used this company to help provide rides for all the guests at my Friend's wedding between the airport and the hotel in Chicago. The company provided excellent service, all the guests who used the limos were very happy with the Service the professional drivers provided, it's definitely a Five star company and deserves a great review. I highly recommend it!
Deluxe black car offer such a good service. We both have a pickup from our residence in Hammond Indiana to O'Hare Airport. The driver arrived 20 minutes early, help us out with our bags and was very professional.
