The staff that we met were professional, helpful and found us exactly what we wanted. They followed up with date of delivery with e-mail and phone calls. The couch that we bought was perfect, well built and arrived on time. The crew that delivered the couch were on time, professional and knew what they were doing. They had to take the door off, it was done in minutes and the couch was placed were it belonged, the feet assembled and the door put back on perfectly. It was a wonderful experience.
