Why are these people so rude. I understand bad days but I feel customer service provided is extremely poor and unacceptable. Someone has to do something

This is the most depressing DMV I have ever been to. It's decorated like a prison visitation room! The two women who work there are unbelievably rude starting the second you walk through the front door. There should be an option to renew online so that one can avoid interacting with these women who seem to be very unhappy with their jobs.
