I was deliver my mother to the clinic on north York and there driver was parking in front of the building in the way I can't use the parking spot beside him, when I asked him to move he ignored me and told me f@##$&.. It was the last empty spot in that time.. I called the company to complaint i spoke to the supervisor he promised me that he will back up to me.. But he didn't.. Too bad service
The PSW who comes to help and assist my mother during the weekend was extremely nice. Marilou was very helpful, always polite and do her job to the highest level. Great agency, thank you.
