They consistently are not open when they say they are supposed to be. I’ve wasted time and gas multiple times to get their products at different times when they are supposed to be open and they are not. For example, online it shows they are supposed to be open from 12-7 most days and I showed up today at 12:27 and they are not open. You are wasting peoples time and money as well as it is very unprofessional. Update your hours, hire more, or show up on time.
The bubble tea is good but the store never seems to be open when it is supposed to be and they have options listed on the menu that they never carry such as the coffee roasted milk tea. Needs updated hours and menu.
Google shows open at 11am Been there repeatedly just after 12pm and it is closed. Perhaps update your hours of operation. I guess you don't like making money... ... BTW if you have clumps in your drink, you are NOT making it properly!
