I went to NEU and adored chatime once it opened, and try to go back when I’m in the area. The last 3 times I have come during business hours and it’s been closed with no sign or warning. The phone rings indefinitely. I really hope I don’t have to drive to Qincy or Lowell to get my favorite boba :/
