bus was early, wouldn't wait for 10 min (the scheduled pick up time) while my 95 year old, wheelchair bound mother got to the front of the house & to the door, by the time she got to the door, the bus was gone...very rude driver as well as the person who answered the phone when I called to find out what had happened, why the bus was earlier than scheduled

Most unreliable ride service I've ever seen! Constant no show, no calls, will ban riders over their own confusion of addresses, some of the drivers are just plain rude. I'd sooner suggest a 10 speed than this "service"!

They've gone to the wrong apartment and put me as a no show. Sometimes they just don't show up. Some of the drivers are bigots. I have mixed great grand children and gotten very negative reactions from some drivers.

Drivers are inconsiderate at loading and unloading zones… they block and park in these areas not allowing other patients that need assistance or wheelchair be dropped by the door. The drivers just sit there on their phones an ignoring the people trying to make it to their dialysis time. There is a sign in the area that says “loading/unloading ONLY”. I guess the company trains their employees to be inconsiderate and ignore signs. Absolutely RIDICULOUS!!!
