Purchased expensive umbrellas. Everything went fine until we had a problem with defective material. We were told they would take care of it and even claimed they received authorization from the factory for a replacement. Fast forward over one year...they don't even return calls. Very frustrating. We had a contractor visit the store just to get some information so we could pursue this matter on our own and the owner made him wait an hour and then would not even come out to see him. Not nice people there. Extremely dishonest.
