Jake and the folks at Chatham Outdoor Power are top notch! After buying 2 garbage mowers from Canadian Tire and Home Depot, both of which cut grass horribly and had various components break, I wanted something better. Jake got me setup with an awesome Toro mower, oiled and ready to cut, out the door in 10 minutes - incredible cut and it will last for years to come. For purchasing equipment and maintenance, this is the place to go, don't waste your time elsewhere.
These guys are the best. Super knowledeable, always kind and always helpful. They have done many favors for myself and my family over the years. The work is always professional, proper and impressively quick. Plus they are evidently very passionate about what they do. I look forward to doing business with them moving forward.
Great service and had all the parts I needed.
I really needed help today when I mower belt broke. I was recommended this company and never used them before. I called and an excellent service provider named Gary really helped me. Over the phone Gary showed me where to find part numbers and all the data he needed to provide help. When I went to the store he even gave me excellent tips on reinstalling my mower belt (along with some other suggestions). Guess what Gary, I did it! Haha thank you for your help.
