I've been dealing with Unity Point's Robert Young Center for over a year now and the caseworker never calls back. Today she didn't show up for a meeting we made in advance. She called 20 minutes before she was supposed to be here. I didn't get the voicemail until 5 minutes until our meeting time. Completely useless. I cannot trust them anymore. This was the last straw.

Misdiagnosed Scarlet fever as HFM. Our son will never get back to how he was prior to the illness.

Had been using facility for over 10 years. They cannot attract and retaining competent and compassionate providers. Latest offering a nurse practitioner (jiron) misleads and lies about providing continuity of care and medications. If you're sincere about maintaining your health and quality of life avoid the facility and particularly this provider.

Had been using facility for over 10 years. On 3rd provider in a few months as they cannot recruit and retain quality compassionate staff. Latest offering a nurse practitioner (jiron) is incompetent, dishonest and lacks compassion. If you're serious about maintaining your health and quality of life avoid this facility and particularly this provider.

A family member was transferred from another hospital's ER to Unity Point Health - Meriter, Madison, WI, after we confirmed with their team that we would have opportunities to share pertinent information, communicate with the treating team, and address other ongoing physical medical needs that another physician overseas. Brandie D. was amazing! VERY informative and a NO BS type of gal! She told me exactly what was going on and was very thoughtful in her delivery. All of her staff was fabulous! HIGHLY recommend this clinic. I was in and out in less than 1 hour. 5 HUGE STARS!!!!

Review on Dr. Donald YAKEL & staff I was referred to Dr Yakel for intermittent chest pains. My initial impression of Dr & the staff, was professional, pleasant & thorough in testing & assessment. They receive only 3 stars because Dr told me that after the final results were in I'd return for a follow up at no additional charge. I specifically asked if there would be an additional follow up charge. I received email confirmation that I had no issues & no further tests needed. I cancelled my follow up appt. Went in with 4 minor skin issues. None were fixed, was told I needed a second appointment and yet was charged $750.
