Lady Cashier was very condescending and rude. It feels like most of the store is picked through and priced way too high.
I am highly dissatisfied with my recent experience at Chatham Liquidation. Unfortunately, the customer service provided was exceptionally poor. During my visit, I selected an item clearly placed in the broken items section for sale. However, upon reaching the checkout, the owner and cashier unjustly accused me of taking an item they insisted was reserved for the following week's bins, despite its clear placement in the broken items area. It's 'hit or miss'. The business model of 50% off Amazon prices is a good one in theory, but the reality is that Amazon prices can be skewed, so those 'deal prices' aren't always actually deals. It's rare that I find anything worth buying in the bins, but I do find items in other locations of the store - at times - especially in the near dated food section.
