Dr. Amato is kind and professional. The treatment is intense but it works.
Mario is amazing. When it comes to pain management, he has helped me so much more than any doctor ever could. He understands pain very well and why it's occurring. He actually solves the problem rather than handing out pills.
Mario, has saved me from having to have Lowe back surgery. Although my condition is permanent and will deteriorate, he has been able to plateau the progress. I enjoy my weekly visits, to keep me moving and working. His staff are always friendly when speaking on the phone or in person.
The receptionist that answers the phone is enough to scare off any new clients. Rude on the phone and absolutely no interest in helping answer questions about their services.
I called the office to find out about rates etc. The person who answered the phone sped through this information so quickly I couldn't understand her. She lacked any understanding that she is employed (is she a relative?) to convey information, not to rattle it off as quickly as possible so that she can get it over with. When I asked her to slow down, I then had to deal with a childish, patronising attitude that I have become so familiar with from some support staff in Chatham.
