Stay far away from this office. I have never seen a more unprofessional place of business. Our government is pushing to ban these alternative care clinics, and if this place is any indication of how Chinese medicine is managed, I believe this type of care should be banned. The main receptionist is beyond rude. While in the waiting area, I frequently witness her unleash her wrath on unsuspecting customers, with many unprovoked nasty comments directed toward me when I simply want to pay or book an appointment, . Mario is fantastic! I have had ongoing issues for years and his treatments have been a game changer for managing/treating my injury. He is so knowledgeable and really listens to what is going on and what is working or not working. His office staff are friendly and helpful. Overall, Mario is great and I would highly recommend his services!

My hands have been numb for over a year. I have tried almost everything short of surgery. My sister recommended acupuncture, so I thought "Why Not"!!!! I read reviews on the Chatham Kent Chinese Medicine & Acupuncture Clinic. Everyone who reviewed it said Mario was amazing, so I called.
