I have been a patient at Chatham Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture Clinic for quite some time, attending every week, and I can confidently say this clinic is outstanding! I am so beyond grateful that Mario was recommended to me! My mother could barely walk or move after a terrible car accident, and she was told that only surgery may help.. with no promise of success. Stay far away from this office. I have never seen a more unprofessional place of business. Our government is pushing to ban these alternative care clinics, and if this place is any indication of how Chinese medicine is managed, I believe this type of care should be banned. The main receptionist is beyond rude. While in the waiting area, I frequently witness her unleash her wrath on unsuspecting customers, with many unprovoked nasty comments directed toward me when I simply want to pay or book an appointment, . Mario is fantastic! I have had ongoing issues for years and his treatments have been a game changer for managing/treating my injury. He is so knowledgeable and really listens to what is going on and what is working or not working. His office staff are friendly and helpful. Overall, Mario is great and I would highly recommend his services!
