I would give 0 stars. I arrived to my car registration appointment with everything I needed printed out. The older lady did not greet me, immediately checked all my papers and informed me I needed a declaration of insurance without even looking at her system she turned me away. She informed me I need to email it to her which my insurance stated that it's in the system and I don't do that. When I go to speak to her again, I hear her being nice and helpful to someone else. No one likes to visit the DMV or the tag office but I visited the Chatham Parkway office with a tag transfer dilemma and the staff was delightful! I was greeted at the door by a young man who was courteous and knowledgable, who I would hire to represent my business in an heartbeat. I barely had time to sit down before I was called to a window for assistance. Went to the 222 W. Oglethorpe branch today to inquire about a tag and title for a new truck that I recently purchased. I made an appointment, arrived a little before and was out in about five minutes. I didn’t get the lady’s name who took care of me but she was very friendly and helpful. I would not hesitate to use this office again. Very positive experience.😊
