Very smooth transaction, and everyone was nice and helpful.
I will hand it to this office. they do a fantastic job with customer service. it seems like they are trying. it's good to see that I've had bad experiences at other offices, but so far at this office everything has been great to have you fill out a survey. they actually do care about their service. they provide nice clean office as well.
I have been here multiple times and the staff is so friendly and helpful. Always an efficient and enjoyable experience!
I am so thankful to have such a well-run and friendly Chatham County Tag Office / Tax Commissioner Office. The office is clean, welcoming, and the attendants are personable and helpful in stark contrast to the Dept. of Driver Services right next door. Thank you again for your wonderful customer service!
