SHIT ASS HOURS! They do nothing to help! Road kill all over these roads here because they KEEP BUILDING. And noone to clean them up!
An extremely large oak limb fell across my yard and into the street. I called and reported it this morning (live voice answered) and it was cleared completely within two hours. Thank you to al for excellent service!!
This is by far the worst dump in all of the world. The worst customer service and the most insane rules. This is not a public service. This is a public decency. I recommend a extreme makeover of the public work system in Chatham County starting with the employees at the Chavis Road location. Highly disappointed.
I have reached out over multiple times for them to remove tree debris left in lane behind my property, which was cut down by the county over two months ago. Despite multiple calls the debris has yet to be removed. The tree is now leaning on my fence and causing damage. Additionally, the overgrown grass in the area needs to be addressed, and I've recently seen a snake, which is concerning. Just feed up
