I have reached out over multiple times for them to remove tree debris left in lane behind my property, which was cut down by the county over two months ago. Despite multiple calls the debris has yet to be removed. The tree is now leaning on my fence and causing damage. Additionally, the overgrown grass in the area needs to be addressed, and I've recently seen a snake, which is concerning. Just feed up
Generally they do a great job. But they keep crushing my plastic bins. I would appreciate it if you would stop as it costs me about $10 to replace a single bin. I called and told them about this happening and they said they would send a form for me to fill out. But they never did. Please stop throwing out my reusable plastic bins.

Who do you contact when the workers don't pick up items on your street? I called for a whole week for them to pick up yard trash and they still passed my street, I had to get in my car an run them down. Everything I call, they asked if I live in a cul-de-sac, yes I do but are they exempt from picking up our trash? They also are supposed to pick up bulk items on third Friday's. 3 Jul ‘24 3 pm Walgreens at corner of Derenne and Paulson. My 81 year old mother had to park half way down the bldg because this guy is so privileged. Seriously could not believe this guy pulled right up to the door and went in the store. Shame on you Chatham County! No consideration for people entitled to park in handicap.
