Who do you contact when the workers don't pick up items on your street? I called for a whole week for them to pick up yard trash and they still passed my street, I had to get in my car an run them down. Everything I call, they asked if I live in a cul-de-sac, yes I do but are they exempt from picking up our trash? They also are supposed to pick up bulk items on third Friday's. 3 Jul ‘24 3 pm Walgreens at corner of Derenne and Paulson. My 81 year old mother had to park half way down the bldg because this guy is so privileged. Seriously could not believe this guy pulled right up to the door and went in the store. Shame on you Chatham County! No consideration for people entitled to park in handicap. This person couldn’t park in a space like a civilized human but just pulled up as close as he could get to the door. I’m pissed. This guy must feel entitled, special, better than anyone else? Yard pick up every Monday ; I left my yard branches less than 4 ft and they stop look and decide not to pick it up ; Total disregard and laziness; Enjoy my tax money you are useless!!

I have called CCPW 12 times over the past two months because they failed to pick up a gigantic orange couch and boxes on Crisp Street. Let me repeat I have called 12 times. Each time, I left my address, phone number, location and description of items. No one has resolved this or called me back. I called in about a pothole on my street. I spoke with Gwen, and she was so nice and took all of the information and 2 days later it was fixed Your AWESOME Gwen!!!!
