I have used Teleride for several years now and cannot say much of anything GOOD ABOUT THEM. The drivers are friendly, but the busses are always at least 15 minutes late. They claim that you can make reservations 7 days a week from 8-4, but the office was closed at 1:30 this past Saturday. The fleet of buses needs to be upgraded, some are very old and broken.
