The most important thing is the staff is kind and caring. Secondly, it's unbelievably beautiful and clean. Love the care this facility gives to it's residents!

I was so happy to find Cheateaux Serenity for my mom. From the moment you walk in the staff is very friendly and inviting. They strive to give your loved one the kind of care and attention they need. They treated my mom like one of their own family which was very comforting to see. If you are in a position of looking for care for your loved one, be sure to visit Chateaux. It will not disappoint.
I’ve been incredibly impressed with the care and support provided to the residents. The staff is compassionate and attentive, always going above and beyond to ensure comfort and well-being. The environment is welcoming and offers a wonderful sense of community. Highly recommend!
Met the marketer and she is great, she showed us the building and it was beautiful. They sound loving and sincere.
