I can't say enough good things about Chateaux Serenity. The staff, and especially Miss V have given my mother the best care she could possibly get. I was worried that putting her into a memory care facility would upset her and cause her to want to go home. But she feels like she is home there, I could not have found a more perfect place for her. Our mom has been living at Chateaux Serenity for several months now. She is safe and happy surrounded by a lovely group of residents and a sweet caring staff. The facilities are great and the home style environment is comfortable for mom and us when we visit. If there are any issues, the staff informs me right away so we can work out what to do. If you are looking for a nice place for mom or dad, go see Mrs. V for a lovely visit.
My Mom moved into Chateaux Serenity in February, 2025. The home is beautiful and everything is new, clean and comfortable for all of the residents. The backyard is wonderful as is the welcoming front porch where my Mom loves to sit out and enjoy the fresh air. For my Mom‘s birthday, Miss V had the sweetest party with appetizers, grilled food, sides and desserts, along with bringing in an entertainer who played piano and guitar for everyone. My mother spent her last three weeks at Chateaux Serenity and I am so grateful. She received excellent care in beautiful surroundings. I highly recommend the facility.
