I purchased 3 Steel Platform Swivel Trucks (C-ST006) from Chateau Products approximately 9 months ago at a cost of $299 each. Within the first month of putting them into service, the wheels on the carts started falling off. We attempted to repair the carts several times before finally calling Chateau to see if they had a remedy for the problem.
