I ordered some gear online and was impressed by their selection as well as the care they put into their shipment. My jacket wasn’t just stuffed into a bag, it was nicely folded, wrapped and taped. I could tell they did it with care and it made for an extra special unboxing experience. I’m looking forward to shopping in person next time I’m back in Banff!
Good equipment but very slow service. Prices are a bit high but i guess that’s the mountain price.
Great service
I came to the area to ski and didn’t book rentals ahead of time. To my surprise most places required 48 hour advance reservations but when I called Chateau Mountain Sports, they told me the could accommodate me right away. The man who fitted me listened to me when I talked about my abilities and plans, and he recommended a great set of skis for me. The tension settings were perfect for me as well. They have nice gear. They are quick and assistance is friendöy and knowledable. Rented a snowboard, pricing was pretty competitive too.
