Bought shoes online from them on sale..paid for shipping..price was good..but it was obviously the shoes had been worn because of material folds/ creases in fore foot area, the laces weren't tied in factory style, the stuffing was missing from one shoe, the paper used to wrap shoes not in pristine condition . But I will keep them since they were clean. I would buy from them again anyway because price and service good.
Good -no up-front payment needed for reservation -pick up was smooth -price comparable to elsewhere Not so good -the chain on one of the bikes snapped off, luckily it happened when the person was walking the bike, not riding it -the chain on another bike fell off twice and the person had to put it back on himself Overall -price and service not bad, but i worry about the quality/maintenance of the bikes and the safety of myself and my friends

I ordered some gear online and was impressed by their selection as well as the care they put into their shipment. My jacket wasn’t just stuffed into a bag, it was nicely folded, wrapped and taped. I could tell they did it with care and it made for an extra special unboxing experience. I’m looking forward to shopping in person next time I’m back in Banff!
Good equipment but very slow service. Prices are a bit high but i guess that’s the mountain price.
