Great and friendly staff, good vibe and great quality equipment. Family run business. We had a. Unfortunate mix up at the hill we could not find the skis after lunch at the mountain. Sean, the owner, put in a claim with Lake Louise and arranged to pick them up at no charge. They were seriously above and beyond. Won’t be renting anywhere else in Canmore going forward.
We traveled all the way from Atlanta, GA, as a family of four, for a ski vacation we’d been eagerly anticipating. After trying four other ski shops that were unable to provide us with rental gear, we felt completely defeated. Then, we found Chateau Mountain Sports, and they truly saved the day.
