A Great Place for Mom and Dad! Our family began the dreaded process of finding a senior community for our parents over a year ago looking for a safe senior community flexible to meet different and changing needs. The Chateau de Boise knocked it out of the park from the very beginning. Responses to inquiries by email, phone, and in person were all at the highest level of service. Just moved my parents here. We are so relieved that all the staff are phenomenal. You can really feel that they sincerely care for their residents. The food looks and smells delicious and it's an added bonus that they have daily regular meals if they are not in the mood for the specials of the day.
This place is really special. The staff are so patient and kind with the residents, and the residents are truly so welcoming and inviting to new residents. There are always activities, the facility is super clean, and they can still hold onto some of their independence! They have been so amazing to work with and we are so lucky to have found this place for my grandparents!
Nice, clean facility. Smells nice when you enter. Accommodating manager. I'm told the food is good, with several options daily. Friendly residents welcomed my mother. Spacious studio apartment with a large bathroom. Other room options available. The flooring and carpet is very nice in the dining hall and corridors.
