I am grateful Chase finally opened up a bank here in the Lake Tahoe area! I moved here from the east coast and have been banking down in Reno for the last couple of years so I’m so stoked for this new branch. The staff here is very friendly and WOW so incredibly helpful! They helped me set up Apple Pay with my phone & ordered me a new debit card super fast. I am always helped right away and the tellers really strive to get to the bank, even during major snow storms!
