No atms that doesn’t allows you to draw 1s, 10s , & 5s. Very disappointing as usual
Terrible customer service. Went into the bank to convert a high school account to a college account and it took over an hour because none of the "bankers" knew how to do it. Tried linking an account to avoid ridiculous $12 fee and of course no one knew how to do that either. Asked to see a manager who was of course too busy to speak with me. Promised a call back, which I did receive, AFTER HOURS, so I could not call back. Very clever. Chase in general is too big and takes advantage of customers and this branch in particular ... read more
So over it! Why does no one handle things in the person anymore? Sorry can't help you! YOU need to call, or now you need an appointment. So we can get someone in another country that does not speak English to help us!?!?
