I have been a Chase customer for years, so when it came time for my 14 year old son to open his first checking account, savings account, and CD, I naturally chose Chase. Since I opened this account my account has been restricted 3 times and put on hold once leaving me no access to my money each time I’ve been paid they’ve verified my employer 3 times and still restricted my account the customer service is awful and is no help the people on the phone say go in branch and the branch people say customer service has to help me.Gomez Isn’t any help either he helped me open the account and was supposed to follow up Monday about the on going issues but never did I am now going to switch my bank to ... read more
My son and I got the worst customer service ever from this bank by the manager lady and next day also the assistant manager was disrespectful also so I told my son to close his account and that was the same reason why I had closed my account months before because of how disrespectful these two women are.
