I have never reached anyone on the phone, even though I am always given a "personal banker" with their #. I don't call anymore even if I leave a message no call back. I go to the bank, very close and can't get with a personal banker. I say I will waited which I do up to 1/2 hr. I have gotten issues solved, but with much back & forth to understand the problem.
