I stopped in this morning after making an appointment online and spoke with Mike Salata. I needed to stop in after opening a checking account online 3 months ago. I was unaware that I was being charged a monthly fee. Someone else from Chase had alerted me 2 weeks ago that as a veteran I didn't need to pay the monthly fee. During the 45 minutes with Mike, he made a phone call and was able to get me an immediate refund from those charges. I have never reached anyone on the phone, even though I am always given a "personal banker" with their #. I don't call anymore even if I leave a message no call back. I go to the bank, very close and can't get with a personal banker. I say I will waited which I do up to 1/2 hr. I have gotten issues solved, but with much back & forth to understand the problem.
