Everyone who works here should be replaced if Chase cares about customers. They all have nothing to do and they all watch you but the first thing in their mind is why this customer walked in, we were just fine without any customers!
Thanks for the poor treatment right away so I don't have to find out after I opened an account Very poorly managed bank with no help in the lobby and no information stating time restraints for opening an account on the door when you come in. They claimed it would take an hour to open an account and I wouldn't have enough time before they closed to complete. Never been told by a bank manager or a bank employee that they just would not help open an account. Pretty sad when I made the mistake to want to be a member of chase ban... read more
