Love this bank! Very friendly, super helpful staff.
Moved to Deridder year ago, and customer service is poor at this particular branch located in Deridder. The female banker who is the Vice President avoids important calls putting them off on window tellers. I have called twice with important calls needing to speak with a banker, and the tellers who answer would refuse to let me speak with a banker insisting that they could handle my call.
