If you are a woman especially, stay far away from this company. I have been laughed at.... argued with....talked over....man-splained to, and finally apologized to. However, nothing will be done. It will be handled " internally". Translation- go away now. When paying a company thousands of dollars, you expect more. No one should be treated that way. Go elsewhere for your mortgage.....update, got a call from a call center. She tried to say she was a manager and would handle the matter. That's just a lie, once again.

I have my mortgage thru Chase. I have nothing but good things to say about them. I've never had any issues and in times of need they have been there for me. I'll always remember how easy they made it when I needed them. Thanks
