“I was assisted by Rodrigo Mata an employee at the Chase branch and experienced discourteous and unprofessional treatment. I believe that customer service could be significantly improved.”
The manager was VERY unprofessional and wouldn’t help me deposit a check. Basically was told I was too young when I am 21! No staff was willing to help me with this time sensitive matter as I want to close for purchasing a home. Staff would walk away from me when I went back in for further help.
