Chase has always treated me right and takes care of me and my business accounts. Never had an issue.
Chase account rep Jason is awful and Chase retirement services are the worst liars. They lied to my wife and me thinking we are idiots and unfamiliar with how rollover works. My wifes was informed she had to change the acxounts due to it no longer available last year. We went in assisted by Jason last summer 2025. Doing our taxes our accountant asked us if she did a early withdrawal of her retirement account.
