I really contemplated not writing this review but i am so upset at how i was treated. I have a business account for over 5 years now and im loyal until im treated wrongfully and this chase branch did it. The branch manager Stephanie Trujillo did not share any kind of empathy to my situation, and i understand there is policies to follow but as a branch manager i believe showing empathy and being sensitive about peoples business is important.
