Not able to open account when you walk in.
I'm giving this Chase Bank five stars due to I always use the inside ATM. To me I find it fast and convenient Im a server and I'm able to deposit cash, pay my credit card bill and transfer money. So I really don't have a reason to see a teller. I'm always in and out in a matter of minutes and I always seem to find front parking
Unfortunately, will not use this branch again. Grace, the banker has 0 customer service skills. Made us wait for over 40 mins with an appointment, and never acknowledged us. When we asked for a manger, we got several different stories of why the manager wasn't available. So disappointed!
