A few months ago, it was a good branch. I loved the guy who did pretty quickly everything. He was African-American. Now, two women keep line for hours. And it doesn't matter if you have an appointment or not. About appointments, it is a horrible idea.. you gave them money, you paying fee for everything and you have to now schedule appointments.
