I reached out to Chase on numerous occasions by phone after never receiving a reply by email in Oct 2025. I simply wanted to keep the lines of communication open. He eventually gets around to it after his assistant schedules (and then reschedules) the appointment once or twice for reasons that we as clients may or may not know about... the Chase law firm by far is the best of the best my husband was facing 20 years already been there 7 years and he was innocent numerous lawyers would not take his case but the Chase law firm did because of that he's getting all his charges dismissed and getting released I could not thank them enough and also they they don't take advantage of you when it comes to how much it's going to be because everybody else wanted to charge me double or triple what they charge me thank you so much like I said they're the best
