Chase is a good bank and the tellers at this location have always been friendly. This is a drive-up only location.
Was told they couldnt accept my cash because they have been having problems with money laundering??? This was a first. Was told i had to get a money order from the gas station. I dont know if they just think i didnt have real money or just profiling. Either way would not come back to this location. Im from dfw and have never had this issue
