Everyone I encountered today was very friendly and professional. My uncle who is a temporary resident, made positive comments about the staff and care he was receiving. I was very satisfied that he was having a positive experience at the facility.

Chase City Health & Rehab is a blessing to have in our community. The staff, especially Candi, goes above and beyond to make sure you are taking care of and your needs are met! My dad has been with CCHR for almost a year and i'm happy that he is in a facility that treats him like a person and not a number. The nurses are always super helpful and are very interactive with the patients. As far as the office, i wouldn't know what to do without them. From help with admission, to account management and help setting up Medicaid!

The nurses are wonderful I’m only rating a 1 star because of how the kitchen staff treated my wife. They always got what she was supposed to have wrong and then when that skinny young girl came to her room to talk to us about it, she had an attitude and told me to take it up with her manager. I tried to talk with the manager on more than one occasion and she’s always busy. When I finally was able to get in touch with her she had the nerve to tell me my wife’s order was right.
