There's not words to express how amazing everyone there is! My dad was another facility.It wasn't absolute nightmare for us. Tammy and Angie in admissions bendover backwards advocating for my dad to get to chase city and there's no way I could have done it with out them. The director Candy has gone out of her way to help me with paperwork for Medicare and to sit down with me and explain everything. My dad was in chase city health and rehab for rehab rehabilitation he was there for almost a 100 days when copd began to take over him. On April 17,2026 he passed away at cchr. The whole entire staff made us feel like family. When we hurt they hurt when we cried they cried. When we first talked bout rehab we didn’t want but I am so glad we chose Chase city rehab to put him in.

Lady in front office was very kind, the girls in the back were very friendly and cordial. My visit today was very good and the employers were kind and spoke very kindly to me.
