When I entered the bank, this lady Lisa stoudt told me with a strange behavior that we will not open an account for you I was shocked However, Helena and the customer service that I called said that you can open an account Finally, A few steps from behind this Bank was a us bank I decided open a personal and business account in U.S. Bank, which is very nice people

Excellent customer service, and Erin rocks!
Their ATMs are a little hit and miss outside, and it's a bummer the vestibule ATM isn't open after bank hours. Apart from that, everything else is fantastic at this branch, and they really take care of you there with customer service. One of the account team members, Erin, is especially stellar. Erin helped me with several aspects of my account and she was highly skilled, friendly and funny, plus lightning fast!
Extremely dissatisfied that I cant access my credit card account number and details because you guys failed to send my credit card after a whole month. I need my credit card to simply live life and now i’m going to be scraping by to make it through the end of this month, especially with christmas coming up.
