I have never written a google review until now. I have never felt so unwelcome and so ill received at an establishment like I did over here. Talking to the employees feels like a humiliation ritual, it was clear that they didn’t want me there, probably because I am not American.
To anyone wondering if you should switch to Chase bank here in Bozeman, let me save you some time and don’t, they are terrible to work with, extremely slow que times, stood there for almost 30min with one person ahead of me, they shredded a check I deposited over night, no notes, no information, just a “well you should have come during business hours.” Compared to the other banks I’ve worked with Chase bank of Bozeman is awful.
We were assisted quickly and professionally. The person we worked with was friendly and helpful.
I had a very disappointing experience with Chase. Due to a mismatch with my Social Security information, I had to visit the branch multiple times and make several phone calls to resolve the issue. Even after updating my information with the Social Security Administration, my account was eventually closed without any clear explanation.
