This branch in Bozeman never answers their phones has very poor customer service inside the branch.

my boss and I were treated like vagrants while we're trying to cash a check written to the bank and told we have to get new checks written at a smaller denomination but they still cash all of it at the monetary amount that was on the first check just doesn't make sense and they don't answer their phones was on the phone with customer service and customer service couldn't get through to the Bozeman branch either calling their internal number or the number online will not be coming back
Chase Bank in Bozeman refuse to cash a check for me that was written on their bank. A bank representative that met me at the door said they would not cash my $6,000. check, said that I would have to go back to the customer and have the customer rewrite me 3 smaller checks for $2,000 each. If this is Chase bank policies this needs to be changed. A bank should honor a check that is written off their bank.
