Curtis and his manager made no apology for wasting my time, saying they could do something if I came in that they then said they couldn't do. The banker started asking nonstop prying questions about my personal life after being useless in business. For such a nice building, they should have better bankers
Received a friendly greeting when entering the bank on 112 W Adams St in downtown Jacksonville. Client banker Curtis was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to assist while trying to solve my challenge. I would definitely bank here and can recommend this branch and Curtis very highly.
