tellers are lazy. rushed me through my cash advance and refuses to withdrawal from a different card. insists i use the atm. your job is to assist with what i need as a customer coming inside.
Waited 1 hr and 10 mins just to try to open a business account and no intentions of anyone helping me anytime soon, kept telling me 10 more mins, 20 more mins. Unbelievable! Imagine getting any help from this bank with any more complicated issues. Branch manager sees you waiting forever, still finishes with customer before you and goes on lunch break. Very poor service. Went to a different bank and was helped in no time.
