We are trying to open another business account. We have called in multiple times and can’t get through to speak to someone. When we called the corporate office we are getting mix information as to what we need to open that account. It’s crazy how this has become the norm for customer service!

Extremely rude, condescending, and hostile customer service at the Chase branch in Manhattan, KS. If negative stars were an option, I would give them. I drove an hour from Salina, KS, to deposit an insurance check related to hail storm damage. The check was issued to both me and my mortgage company, which is standard procedure for insurance claim funds involving property damage.
