Opened an account through this bank specifically for their promotion going on at the time. Went into the bank, had a gentleman walk me through the process, discussed the promotion, and it was not put on my account. Called them and was told there was nothing they could do about it, called corporate to see if they could do anything about it and they wouldn’t either. Just frustrated when I had literally gone in to the branch to discuss it.
Had a great experience during my first visit. The staff at Chase in Manhattan, KS were helpful and professional. Everything was quick and easy.
Would give zero if possible. I told an employee I was moving to the area and starting a new job and upon hearing the job title, he said 'well someone has got to do it.' Disrespectful and unprofessional conduct.
Good Lord, is it really this hard to open the corporate bank account? I have open several in large cities these guys I’ve got to go find somebody who can open a corporate account. Even a small branch should be able to take care of this business easily And efficiently
