Would give zero if possible. I told an employee I was moving to the area and starting a new job and upon hearing the job title, he said 'well someone has got to do it.' Disrespectful and unprofessional conduct.
Good Lord, is it really this hard to open the corporate bank account? I have open several in large cities these guys I’ve got to go find somebody who can open a corporate account. Even a small branch should be able to take care of this business easily And efficiently
Great customer service!
Has lied to me in the past about fraud prevention procedures and availability that were listed on a sign *in* the lobby. I am also now locked out of my account due to phone being broken. I have a payment due in a few days and there is "unfortunately nothing they can do." Appalled at the service for this "national bank."
Is new location in Manhattan I know because before I moved my bank in Miami,FL let me know, I recommend is good customer service and support
