Extremely rude, condescending, and hostile customer service at the Chase branch in Manhattan, KS. If negative stars were an option, I would give them. I drove an hour from Salina, KS, to deposit an insurance check related to hail storm damage. The check was issued to both me and my mortgage company, which is standard procedure for insurance claim funds involving property damage. Im giving them a three because once you go inside the branch, service is great. But omg guys, seriously, fix your outdoor ATM. I swear I've never seen it actually accept a deposit, and it's been like that for more than a year. You're JP Morgan Chase. You have the money to fix it. That's the last time I try that maneuver again, I'm tired of standing outside like an idiot. Also, I'd really appreciate not getting 'personalized messages'/phone calls asking for my feedback on services. If I'm still there, then it's fine.
