I've never been to a Chase Bank before. I will never again after this experience. This was perhaps the most unprofessional and rudest customer service experience I had the displeasure of enduring. Don't bank here unless you have masochist tendacies. Very unprofessional and hostile employees who cannot provide the basic of customer service without becoming unravelled. Very unpolished.
The person who I scheduled with was out of town Mon so someone else rescheduled for Tues. She wasn't there. The other person available was in a meeting. This location is disorganized. Should I even open a business account through Chase or will they play with my money like they played with my time.
I tried to open a checking account today, and they told me that I can't because I need a greencard but I called customer service and they told me that it is not mandatory that the agent would be uninformed, that they do not understand why I can't open the account if I present all the other required documentation. I even have a credit card from the bank, please before denying a service talk to the managers or directly to agents with more experience. Thanks
Horrible service. Only have one banker at 12PM on a Monday???? Very strange. I was told that I had to wait until 1PM to even see anyone. Once I made the comment of going to a different branch, the hostess was quick with the “OK bye” comment as I was waking out the door.
