So unfortunate and disappointing. My highschooler opened a bank account with a coupon to receive $125 bonus upon completing 5 qualified purchases. At the appointment they verbally confirmed that the coupon went through, when it was time to collect the bonus it didn't come. When we called the branch they told us that we never entered the coupon. So this is how chase scams teens... shame on you! And it's not about the money, it's a about the disgusting feeling it left. Feeling like closing all my accounts with chase.

This Chase in Wellesley is a “say no” bank with strict policies, zero concern for customers. The manager, Naai, laughs and yells across the lobby, there are lots of stories across the town saying she took things personal, play on her favoritism and retaliates against her own staff (even great employees like Kingsley, Becca, and Eliz have to quit the job to protect themselves ). While the bank staff are pleasant and professional, unfortunately they are not knowledgeable. They have made several basic errors in setting up accounts for our family resulting in substantial logistical and financial costs. Even when warned about issues that might arise, they seemed unaware of their own internal policies, leading to further issues and delays. Would not recommend this branch/bank, even for the simplest of transactions.

Just walked out of this location. Granted I arrived a bit late for my appointment (though I had emailed I was running late - received no response of - let’s reschedule, I have other appointments) then was told John with who I was to meet was on a call (I was late, I was willing to wait a bit, only fair.) He finally is ready and then spends 15 min chatting with me instead of getting down to doing what I need to do.
