While the bank staff are pleasant and professional, unfortunately they are not knowledgeable. They have made several basic errors in setting up accounts for our family resulting in substantial logistical and financial costs. Even when warned about issues that might arise, they seemed unaware of their own internal policies, leading to further issues and delays. Would not recommend this branch/bank, even for the simplest of transactions.
Just walked out of this location. Granted I arrived a bit late for my appointment (though I had emailed I was running late - received no response of - let’s reschedule, I have other appointments) then was told John with who I was to meet was on a call (I was late, I was willing to wait a bit, only fair.) He finally is ready and then spends 15 min chatting with me instead of getting down to doing what I need to do. People at the branch could not be more lovely. Trying to get them on the phone is an utter nightmare.
