I've been banking with Chase for over 7 years and never had any issues. The tellers have always been great.
Michael carrasco Said that he was the manager after I had an issue with him, refusing to look into our business account or discuss options for extending our business relationship with this bank. Do yourself a favor look at a different bank branch to handle business transactions.
They must hire anyone off the street! Poor customer service at this branch. Drive to another location!
