Very poor service at the Chase Business Braintree branch. We came in for help with our business account and waited about 20 minutes, even though the branch was empty with no customers present. After the wait, the assistant told us she could not help us until almost 1:00 PM, even though it was Saturday and the branch closes at 1 PM. We went to another Chase branch where everything was handled quickly and professionally. This was a frustrating waste of time.
I want to give a special shoutout to Angel, one of the tellers at this Chase branch. Every single time I come in, no matter how rushed or stressed I am, he’s always in a great mood. He stays calm, composed, and professional, and never makes you feel like you’re a burden—even when things are hectic. A true gentleman who represents Chase extremely well. Customer service like this makes a real difference.
Jonathan really does an excellent job. This is the second time I've been served, and today he was just as sincere as the first time. I will definitely keep going back. Muchas gracias Jonathan! See you soon
I would not recommend this branch. No one answers the phone and the in person customer service was sub par
I would recommend this branch to anyone who’s looking to open up a business account. Wes was very helpful helping me open up a business checking account. he did a great job of explaining the process of how everything works and he even help me apply for a business credit card. Great service and great staff.
