This branch offers currency exchange at horrible exchange rates. Tried to call the bank and ask for rates, told i had to come in and get rate at the time from teller. online it showed dollars to euros at chase was times 1.16. At this branch they charged times 1.228 or 22.8%! Called main chase debit card, they said was 1.163 times. Called back the branch, they argued need to get rate at the time you come in. Was thinking of going back to private client status, but forget it.
