Horrible service. I asked to open an account at 10am on Monday and they said they can’t do it for me and that I should just do it online. Don’t go to this branch I was honestly surprised how bad the service was for a bank
Went to open 3 new accounts and although 3 people were there standing around doing nothing they told me that I would have to come back later. I will never bank at Chase! Terrible customer service!
Walked in to cash a check that was issued by chase bank. Waited 10 mins just for the girl to say they can’t cash it after mentioning that she can with a $10 fee since I don’t have an account with them
The most friendly staff I’ve seen at any branch! Awesome experience.
