Teen account and it was very seamless and the branch manager Miss Rosado was excellent. She provided all of the necessary information. She helped my son set up the account work on the app and make sure that he had all of the necessary information he would need so he can manage his own account. I’m beyond frustrated. Money went missing from my bank account, and instead of getting help, I feel like I’m being ignored. I’ve done everything I was supposed to do, but I’m still left without answers or a resolution. Customers deserve better when it comes to protecting their hard-earned money. This experience has been incredibly disappointing.
My TIAA, teacher's annuity check is drawn on Chase bank. The teller would NOT cash my check said the check was drawn on a non check cashing account!? I will never bank at Chase!
