Lied like I haven't talked to chase directly and other chase representativea in 3 other states who can verify I am Kyla hood and I do need to speak with fraud from a bank that knows for a fact I'm Kyla hood from Hoover, al leavinge broke, homeless and careless that are trying to convince me at 1:39 PM on a Wednesday they are too busy to answer the phone when they were slow on a Saturday
This bank is great walked in got my wife set up on a Saturday no time Jenna Yang had also set my account up as well best customer service and way better then regions and wells fargo and I was with both those banks for over 10 years thank u chase team for helping us get a better bank
At first glance, this branch seems warm and welcoming — big smiles, friendly greetings, and even complimentary lollipops. But don’t let that fool you. My experience quickly turned frustrating due to the incompetence of the staff. I went in for a simple card activation, and somehow my account was closed — and I was later told I did it. If you value your time and account security, I strongly recommend visiting a different Chase branch.
