At first glance, this branch seems warm and welcoming — big smiles, friendly greetings, and even complimentary lollipops. But don’t let that fool you. My experience quickly turned frustrating due to the incompetence of the staff. I went in for a simple card activation, and somehow my account was closed — and I was later told I did it. If you value your time and account security, I strongly recommend visiting a different Chase branch.

Wonderful Customer Service from Jenna Yang of Chase Bank! She resolved a difficult problem with prompt, patient, professional service. We cannot thank her enough!!
The worst experience that I have had in my entire life. We walked in and we met a lady who was not interested in helping us . She insinuated that there was no one to help until they close at 1pm. This happened around 11:38 on 3/29/2025. She told us to leave and go and get assistance at another Chase Bank.
