This branch is only on good behaviour when corporate people are there. Visit on any other day and they don't want to help at all. They actually told me to go to another location. Chase is a great bank. It's a shame this location would behave this way.
My wife & I went to this branch and had a meeting with Michael recently. He was absolutely incredible and helped us check everything off our list that we needed to accomplish. He was very professional while also very personable. Highly recommended working with him for all your Chase Bank needs!

Excellent service from the bank in general and from Biju Maharjan in particular. Opened a business account. Everything is very clear, fast and calm. 10 out of 10 service.
Worst location don’t come they make you sit for about 20 to 25 minutes and then tell you that bankers are busy for another two hours
