Everyone was nice lost a check came back near closing everyone did everything they could to make sure they helped me would recommend not only banking with chase but also going to this location because of them

When I first opened the account, Brendan inputted my license number incorrectly, which caused my account to be frozen from the very first day. I called multiple times for help and no one ever returned my calls. It only got worse from there. They lied to me repeatedly about sending out my credit card when I opened the account. This branch is only on good behaviour when corporate people are there. Visit on any other day and they don't want to help at all. They actually told me to go to another location. Chase is a great bank. It's a shame this location would behave this way.
My wife & I went to this branch and had a meeting with Michael recently. He was absolutely incredible and helped us check everything off our list that we needed to accomplish. He was very professional while also very personable. Highly recommended working with him for all your Chase Bank needs!
