Absolutely the Worst Banking Experience I've Ever Had……. I’ve only been with Chase for a month, and it’s been an absolute nightmare from the moment I walked in. When I first opened the account, Brendan inputted my license number incorrectly, which caused my account to be frozen from the very first day. I called multiple times for help and no one ever returned my calls. It only got worse from there. They lied to me repeatedly about sending out my credit card when I opened the account.
