Excellent service from the bank in general and from Biju Maharjan in particular. Opened a business account. Everything is very clear, fast and calm. 10 out of 10 service.
Worst location don’t come they make you sit for about 20 to 25 minutes and then tell you that bankers are busy for another two hours
I had such a great experience here! It was a warm welcome the moment that I walked in. I came in without an appointment to meet with a business banker and was so impressed with the entire experience. Will definitely make this my branch of choice going forward! Especially since I had an appointment at a different branch before coming to this one and waited 40 minutes before deciding to leave
I had a very bad experience with Chase Bank today. I'm not saying this branch caused the incident; but since this branch is close to my job, I came here with hopes of gaining resolution about a pending transaction on my account. I deposited 2 checks into my account via the mobile app on Wednesday. One cleared, the other was left in a pending status.
