일처리 빠르고 친절함. 아들이 계좌만들러가서 약40분만에 하고 나옴.
They watch you call them send you to a bot that hangs up. Lazy.
I called 3 times and was told they were busy with other customers. Each time I called the automated system hung up on me. Why don’t they have a queue and call back when it’s my turn? Or at least leave you in a line up of customers waiting to be serviced? It’s very disconcerting to have this happen. I had important business to discuss and I couldn’t get through to anyone at the bank.
This chase branch doesn’t have a drive through. The ATM machine inside was definitely convenient and easy to use. Bank is real close to the Walmart and a few other businesses.
