My initial visit last week with Cameron was wonderful. While waiting for my debit card I used Zelle to move money around to pay bills. Apparently, this flagged the suspicious activity department who then closed my accounts without a phone call or a warning. Now I have to wait 10 days for Chase to finish closing my accounts and THEN send me my funds in the mail. DO NOT BANK HERE.
Was a long drive down to the branch. I can't remember the guy that helped me take care of an issue. He was awesome. Very helpful. Unlike the customer support guy I talked to on the phone.

This bank branch is absolutely racist. They refuse to cash my check for 9 thousand but quickly cashed my white friend check for 15 thousand. I see this all the time on you tube didn't think it would happen to me here..
Poor customer service. I drove from Bangor to order a checkbook. I was told on a recorded line my first sheet would be a courtesy for ordering a book. Not the case. Now 3 dollars for a sheet itself is no big deal. The principle of going against their word is.
