Staff used own political agenda to discriminate a customer. Refused to acknowledge their own policies. Will be moving my business elsewhere. Shame on you.

Apparently a branch of the largest bank in the country isn’t capable of completing a standard form for federal government direct deposits, referenced in 31 CFR. The confusion could have easily been remedied by I don’t know… making a phone call. However, that amount of effort and service is too much for the staff to help a young man who enlisted into the military set up his direct deposit to their bank. Just drive down to the Falmouth branch. They’ll take care of you.
