New chase member and I went to chase with a check that I was trying to cash and unable to at Walmart, food lion, Kroger, & even a check cashing place. Ms. Jeanette Mpalang was so helpful, kind, and patient she even was a life saver because I was able to finally cash the check when I had trouble else where and pay my rent on time.
