They suck, charging people to have an account with them, & your account goes overdrawn. They really suck. They won't let you close your account either till u pay the overdraft. Banks really suck all day everyday non negotiable for real for real!!!!!
Rude staff I come in for assistance and ladies just carrying silly conversations for minutes while I wait very annoying
New chase member and I went to chase with a check that I was trying to cash and unable to at Walmart, food lion, Kroger, & even a check cashing place. Ms. Jeanette Mpalang was so helpful, kind, and patient she even was a life saver because I was able to finally cash the check when I had trouble else where and pay my rent on time. I experienced some of the best customer service this day by only her helping me to cash my savings check and be able to be on time with my rent but also, making sure she genuine with her work by ask... read more
